First Snow on the East Coast

I recently took a quick trip to the East Coast. I was lucky enough to witness the first snow of the winter season. It’s very exciting to wake up and realize everything is white outside. I almost felt like a kid again. Here is what I saw out the window:

On Sunday we got extremely lucky with the weather. After a rainy and cold week we were supposed to attend a barbeque and were pleasantly surprised by a gorgeous, warm and sunny day in San Francisco’s Crissy Field. I couldn’t miss the opportunity to take a few photos of the fabulous surroundings. Here are the results…

I’ve been bad and haven’t written for a while. But last weekend we went camping. After a difficult, one can call it rugged terrain-like 2.5 mile drive down to the campsite, we found a very nice spot with a beautiful river. The water was absolutely clear and gorgeous, but oh so cold. Take a look.
